JW and Technal are experts in the design and construction biodiesel plants and vegetable oil extraction plants, respectively. JW has more than 20 years of project experience in the engineering, manufacture, and installation of stainless steel equipment for industrial plants. JW’s primary line of business is the construction of industrial plants for the production of moisturized alcohol fuel or special, anhydrous alcohol. JW also developed a continuous “zero-discharge” transesterification process technology for the production of biodiesel.
 

Technal designs, develops, manufactures and installs equipment for the vegetable oil manufacturing industry. Using its proprietary technology, Technal has engineered and constructed 39 vegetable oil preparation and extraction plants in Brazil and other countries for oil extraction from soybeans, rice bran, corn germ, cotton seeds, castor seeds and sunflower seeds. Technal has also managed projects involving the re-engineering, capacity expansion and implementation of quality control equipment for 63 vegetable oil extraction plants in Brazil and several other countries.
